terrible delivery experience paid old mattress **************** $$$drivers Dumped against my Garage door this 78 yo w/ multiple ********** issues ca not move to get in my garage...bed was left in middle of floor not in place by headboard... had to crawl & move barely an inch at a time & the bed is set at highest position..despite sales said they would adjust it on I stall broken zip ties battery wrap. & controller bag left on floor zNo demonstration of controller. and they insisted that I had to unbolt headboard...not their job...do had yo get tools & struggle with that then disassemble old vase & remove it while they set bed up in middle of room and fissspeared. leaving mattresses blocking my garage door & killing my plants they covered up !!!!very disappointed with promised delivery !!!!but love bed once inched I to place & days Later fter Pain has Subsided. ;-((((this 78 yo is Not 2 young big delivery boys !!!?????? *** *******

Have bought over 10+ items from this location without issue. But we ordered 2 shelf units and a recliner at the beginning of June that were supposed to arrive today (14th) about 2 weeks after we had purchased them. We called store today and recliner is now expected to be another 3 weeks out (over a month since purchase) and was told on the phone our 2 shelves where ready for pickup and drove down to find out they are still sitting in an Arizona store and are actually not in yet so couldn’t pick them up. Been a headache for this whole transaction.
