SUBMISSION AND SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins at 11:00 AM MST (Mountain Standard Time) Monday, March 31, 2025 and the sweepstakes entry period ends at 3:00 PM MST on Sunday, April 27, 2025 (The “Drawing Deadline”). The period commencing at the Start Time and ending at the Drawing Deadline is referred to herein as the “Sweepstakes Period.”

ENTRY: No purchase is necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of entries received.

ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to adults 18 year of age of older and who are legal residents physically residing in the state of Arizona, Colorado, or Texas in the United States of America. American Furniture Warehouse will determine in its sole discretion which entries are valid entries according to these Official Rules. All decisions regarding the selection of winners are final. All entries become the property of American Furniture Warehouse.

Entrants represent and warrant that their Entry is their original work, it has not been copied from others, and it does not violate the rights of any other person or entity. Employees of American Furniture Warehouse, and their immediate families and persons living in their households are not eligible. This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to Federal, State, and local laws. Entrants accept the conditions stated in the rules and agree to be bound by the decisions of American Furniture Warehouse.

DRAWINGS: On Monday, April 28, 2025 beginning at 12:00 PM MST, one winner will be selected via a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. An additional random drawing for a runner-up will be conducted in cases where the first place Winner forfeitures their prize. For runner-up drawings, one (1) winner will be selected via a random drawing from eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The random drawing will be conducted by a representative of AFW, whose decisions will be final, binding and conclusive in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNER(S): The Winner will be notified at the time of drawing by an American Furniture Warehouse employee or representative. American Furniture Warehouse is not responsible for unsuccessful attempts to notify winners. If a selected Winner is ineligible, Winner fails to respond within 48 hours, or Winner does not respond with the appropriate information needed to send the prize, the prize shall be forfeited and awarded to a runner-up Entry.

CONFIRMATION OF WINNER(S): Prizes will be issued when American Furniture Warehouse has determined, in its sole discretion, the Winner submitted an eligible entry and otherwise complied with the Official Rules. All decisions of American Furniture Warehouse will be final. Winner will be required to provide a full name, address, email, and phone number in order for the prize to be awarded.

The prize(s) that may be awarded to the eligible winner(s) are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize, except in the Company’s sole discretion. Each entrant will only be eligible to claim one prize per household.

All prizes must be picked up at winner’s nearest location or scheduled for delivery. Delivery costs are not included in the prize. Prizes must be picked up within 14 days of notification unless otherwise stated or instructed at the time the winner is selected or required for date specific prizes. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize in its entirety.

If prize items are damaged at time of pick up or delivery, contact American Furniture Warehouse Customer Service for assistance on warranty use, repair, or exact exchange. Prize can only be exchanged for a replacement of the same item. No cash value is given.

TAXES: Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to American Furniture Warehouse, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes related to the prize(s) and paying any expenses associated with any prize which is not specifically provided for in the official rules.

Each winner must provide American Furniture Warehouse with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. Any person winning over $600 in prizes from the Company will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.

PERMISSION TO PUBLICIZE: All entry materials become the property of American Furniture Warehouse and will not be acknowledged or returned. All Entries shall remain the property of the entrant. Entry in this Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s irrevocable, perpetual permission and consent to American Furniture Warehouse and others authorized by American Furniture Warehouse, without compensation or attribution, (i) to use, reproduce, print, publish, transmit, communicate to the public, distribute, sell, perform, adapt, enhance, or display the Entry and the entrant’s name and city and state for editorial, advertising, commercial, and publicity purposes, in any and all media now in existence or hereinafter created, throughout the world; (ii) to do (or omit to do) any acts in respect of the Entry which may otherwise constitute an infringement of the entrant’s moral rights; and (iii) to edit, adapt, and modify the Entry. Except to the extent prohibited by law, American Furniture Warehouse excludes from these official rules all conditions, warranties, and terms implied by statute, general law, or custom.

Each entrant releases and discharges American Furniture Warehouse, its judges, and any party associated with the development or administration of the Sweepstakes, their employees, agents, or representatives, or any of their parents, subsidiaries, or affiliates from any and all liability in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, legal claims, costs, losses or damages, demand, or actions of any kind.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By accepting a prize, the Winner agrees to release American Furniture Warehouse their owners, members, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, divisions and their respective directors, employees, officers, and agents, including without limitation any advertising.

Each winner must submit proof of eligibility and sign an American Furniture Warehouse release form to claim the prize.
