My salesman Rick was awesome. He was very patient with helping us pick the right furniture. The delivery staff were professional and helpful with setting our furniture up just right. They were also very prompt and quick.

I had an amazing experience at American Furniture thanks to Aaron! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed. He answered all my questions with patience, offered helpful suggestions without being pushy, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I really enjoyed my delivery time frame! The guys worked very hard and efficiently! What broke my heart the most, was hearing about how I might’ve been the first to tip them all week! If this review reaches other customers, please tip your delivery guys! Even if it’s 5 dollars! Those guys work too hard at what they do, with a truck full of merchandise. To hear that I were the guys 8th stop, with not even a half of a truck gone, was tough! I can’t remember their names but I’m sure the store knows, thank yall so much!

The delivery men were courteous they called ahead of time advising they will be delivering the dresser within 10 minutes. The setup was quick and safe with no packaging left behind. Such a nice and friendly experience for my family.

The warehouse workers were so kind. Alex was super thoughtful and answered all of our questions with detail and care. The movers were super efficient and handled our items with care like it was their own. They were very mannerful and kind to me while moving furniture in. They were super fast and experienced.

everything we’ve gotten from here is beautiful and well made and their delivery service is TOP NOTCH ! i wish i had gotten their names to mention here but they were so friendly and didn’t seem mad about my stairs like other places have lol because my house is on stilts i recognize it’s more work and i appreciate it ! also my salesman , who i also don’t have his name :/ , was amazing and friendly and stayed late to continue helping us !

This place has everything at great prices. Most items are in stock and you don’t have to wait weeks for it to be in stock. Check out the cafe bar area. Lissa makes great coffees!

I had a wonderful experience. I saw the couch I wanted online and I went to the store and tried it out in person. The couch was just a nice in person. The people there were kind and informative. Anyone looking for furniture I highly recommend this place!

I've come through this place many times. Just checking out some of the stock as it rotates through. I've gotten a few things here and there but recently purchased an entire King bedroom set. Half of my purchases were delivered one day with the second half being delivered on another day due to back order and things like that. Everything showed up on time, there was communication with the delivery crew the day before delivery, and the day of delivery. Everything showed up in great condition. The delivery fellas were very kind, courteous, and efficient. Both deliveries were made and completed within about 5 to 10 minutes. We very much enjoy what we purchased. It looks great, and we have no complaints about the process.
I have only one critique and that was for the items on back order. We were not contacted to schedule for that, and I don't know at what point we would have been contacted. I just happened to be in the neighborhood and stopped by the store to inquire about, and was able to schedule the remaining delivery. It would have been nice to have had that call but it was around the same timeline we were expecting anyway, so no harm no foul for that. A proactive scheduling once it was in stock would have been preferred.
Very happy with the sales folk. Very happy with the delivery folka, and very happy with the products.

Great experience from start to finish. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted as I had been eyeing the pieces for a few months. Adam helped me out at the store and was very informative and helpful. I was in and out of there in less than an hour. Delivery just happened this morning and Zach and Bo/Beau were incredible. They had wonderful communication and were very careful bringing my items into the house. They plugged everything in and made sure all components worked. Great job to everyone!!! Keep it up!

Good fair prices but really disappointed they require you to have LEGAL DOCUMENTS to purchase from them my mother in law got out of this place shaking from how they made her feel, she was presenting her passport as an identification they told her she needed US identification
She had already made a purchase thru the finance company the merchandise was already paid for , they did not want to release the furniture
And my father-in-law made a Cash purchase and they did not let him take the merchandise for not having legal US documents

My Compadre told us about American Furniture Warehouse. The show room is incredible, great set ups everywhere, every style, they have it. The quality is top notch and pricing is reasonable, more so than other places! We furnished our living and dining room here and it’s by far the BEST furniture we’ve had.
The staff here is incredible, they’re not pushy, they’re helpful and friendly. The store Manager Janell was one of the nicest and most understanding people staying with us until closing (twice!) Brandon and Manny helped us out with getting the best combinations for our home. Special Thanks to Manny for getting some stuffed Tiger toys for our boys!

Never Again!! Im not talking about the products but the costumer service. The associates are rude and tried to tell me several times I had an actual home to put the furniture in, or of my room was big enough to put a bed in it. I let that go and when they delivered the second round I missed the truck because they did not call before coming. I knew they had a delivery window (8:15-10:45) but I had to do something and came back 8:45... they came just the time I wasn't home. Ok I called to reschedule and they were so rude telling me I would make other deliveries late and If I was "asking them" for the day to reschedule. of course I was asking them so who else could I ask. Finally this lady told me I had to wait all day for the delivery, cmon nobody can be absolutely all day inside waiting for them so I told her just schedule it and I'll manage to be there during the delivery window, she said she would transfer me and wrote a note making me hard to pay for the delivery.. I mean I am repaying for it why do they have to take it personal

Purchased a full massage chair from AFW. Loved it, but it stopped working. They picked it up promptly for repair under warranty. I contacted Customer Service after 6 weeks of not hearing from them. They told me it would be up to 12 months to get parts and gave me 2 options. Wait the 12 months or get a refund. No option for a replacement chair. I chose a refund, so I could purchase another one.
That is when it became a horrible experience. It has been another 6 weeks and no refund. I have contacted Customer Service 3 times during that 6 weeks. Different story each time.
The latest was today. Customer Service told me the chair had never been picked up from my house. I gave them their own shop's work order number on the chair. The Rep checked again and said that it was indeed in their shop, but they had no information on repairs, parts delivery problems, or a refund.
I asked the Rep if I could speak to a Supervisor. He said that he was not allowed to give he his Supv's contact information.
So, looks like I am right back to where I was 6 weeks ago.
Not a happy customer at all.

If I didn't have two issues, I would have given 5 star.
Firstly, Eric on the sales floor was great. Super helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend him.
The delivery itself is where my order went a little sideways. My order was originally delivered on Superbowl Sunday. However, I was given a time window of 215-445 PM. The delivery drivers showed up at 6:30 PM, 2 hours over my allotted time with ZERO communication in between and caused me to miss my Superbowl party. (yes, i know don't sch days you have plans but 2 hours is ridiculous). Not only did they show up late, but they also additionally broke the legs off one of my dressers that happened to be on backorder, and I had to wait an entire month to get another one. The second part of my issues were that I was provided a date of March for the re-delivery, but when I called a few days ago to confirm the date for March since I had not heard from anyone, I was advised they had plenty of the dresser in stock and which day would I like delivery. I find it extremely odd that the replacement dresser was in stock and no one felt the need to call me to let me know it was ready to deliver and I had to reach out and ask status.
Now finally, the two delivery men I had today were as fantastic as Eric. They had great communication of timing, arrived within the window and were in and out with my replacement dresser in 5 minutes and extremely friendly. The other two previous drivers could take some tips from these two guys on how to communicate, be timely, and respectful.
Overall the furniture itself is fantastic and was a great price. Had the delivery experience gone different it would have been 5 stars.

This is the second time we have purchased furniture from AFW! The delivery was so quick. The two guys that delivered our furniture got every up to our second floor apartment within 15 minutes. A whole sectional couch, tv console, and side table. They were able to get it all up so quickly and there’s not a scratch on any of the furniture. We love AFW and their options as well.

Robert was great on the sales side. Very professional and got me out of there on time. The movers were efficient and punctual with great customer service skills. I would highly recommend American Furniture in general as this was my first experience.
