We have purchased multiple times from here and had a solid experience every time. We recently purchased all new furniture for our new home and Justin our rep made the experience fantastic. Great product knowledge and helped us color match everything to the new home. The store is great but Justin made the experience over the top and earned our business for a long time to come.

If you write a one star review on the website they will not post it. Even if it has a legitimate complaint of furniture poor quality and workmanship. So none of the furniture has true reviews other than 5 star reviews because AFW won't allow it. TOTALLY NOT FAIR.

I enjoy the low-pressure environment, but it stops there. I had the same bed delivered 3 times - ALL of them had veneer peeling from the headboard so they had to take it back and bring another. Quality is subpar, quality review even worse. Then, the chest that I cancelled....been 3 weeks and STILL no refund. They keep saying 3-5 days, 3-5 days..........never again.
