I am disappointed by AFW’s rigid and unfair delivery policies. An $85 delivery fee within the same town already feels excessive, but adding another $45 simply to reschedule is unreasonable, especially for a family recovering from the devastating Aspen Acres Fire. Given that this natural disaster occurred in AFW’s own community, I had hoped the company would show greater compassion and flexibility toward families who have been displaced or experienced significant loss. The frontline customer service representatives were helpful, kind, and professional, and I appreciate their efforts. The problem appears to be the corporate policy, which urgently needs to be reconsidered. terrible delivery experience paid old mattress **************** $$$drivers Dumped against my Garage door this 78 yo w/ multiple ********** issues ca not move to get in my garage...bed was left in middle of floor not in place by headboard... had to crawl & move barely an inch at a time & the bed is set at highest position..despite sales said they would adjust it on I stall broken zip ties battery wrap. & controller bag left on floor zNo demonstration of controller. and they insisted that I had to unbolt headboard...not their job...do had yo get tools & struggle with that then disassemble old vase & remove it while they set bed up in middle of room and fissspeared. leaving mattresses blocking my garage door & killing my plants they covered up !!!!very disappointed with promised delivery !!!!but love bed once inched I to place & days Later fter Pain has Subsided. ;-((((this 78 yo is Not 2 young big delivery boys !!!?????? *** *******

Do not waste your money here the staff are rude and disrespectful and everything they sell is expensive but cheaply made I tried to return a couch because the arm started coming apart from the couch after four months they said I had to pay a restocking fee since it was past the 30 day I pay it btw went to return and they refused it because it had some dog hair Which is to be expected after four months I would have kept the couch if it wasn’t cheaply made so I guess they are against animal owners but they said it I can get the dog hair off they would take it and as they were loading it back in my van they damaged it further and I asked them what am I supposed to do now and they just Shrugged it off im here now complaining to the manager let’s see what happens
